We are looking for a Product Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the development of shopping products in the airline ticketing domain, especially mid-platform products.

About this role

We are looking for an experienced Shopping Product Manager with a strong background in the airline industry or expertise in order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing our ticketing platform, optimizing our order fulfillment processes, and ensuring a high-quality service offering to our B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for the mid-platform product line to meet business goals and user needs.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer support, to define product requirements and roadmaps.

– Analyze internal and external information to maintain and expand our unique airline knowledge base.

– Leverage AI and automation technologies to improve process efficiencies and reduce operational costs.

– Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.

– Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.

– Define metrics to measure the success of product features and use data to make informed decisions.

– Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on product vision and priorities.

Key Qualifications & Experiences

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

– Minimum of 5 years experience as a product manager, with a focus on ticketing or order fulfillment in a B2B environment.

– Strong command of the English language; proficiency in Chinese is desirable.

– Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

– Strong technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.

– Familiarity with AI and automation tools and their application in improving business processes is preferred.

– Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

– Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
