About this role

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager with a background in consumer products to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing our website and crafting outstanding customer experience designs. This role requires a balance of technical proficiency and creative flair.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead the development and implementation of product strategies for our website and business process tools, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and iterate on user interfaces that enhance customer interaction and satisfaction.

– Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and preferences in the B2B space, with an emphasis on customer experience principles.

– Manage the product lifecycle from conception through launch and post-launch analysis.

– Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of product enhancements.

– Ensure that all product initiatives consider both the user experience and technical implementation.

Key Qualifications & Experiences

– Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a portfolio that includes consumer-facing products.

– Strong command of the English language; proficiency in Chinese is desirable.

– Demonstrable experience in UI design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and user-friendly interfaces.

– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and diverse environment.

– Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

– A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Design, Computer Science).
