About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who is seeking a new challenge in travel technology. You will play a key role in the development and execution of our content marketing & channel strategy.

You’ll be a strong self-starter, ready to take on more autonomy in your role and eager to combine your creative & technical skills to become the go-to expert for all our marketing channels.

Internal Relationships:

This role will report directly to Marketing Director. As a Marketing Manager you will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, Air Content, Growth and Product team to build an industry leading position for Atlas. You will work closely with the Technology team to support the website performance. You will collaborate effectively with team members across the globe and embrace Atlas’s “One Team” culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content marketing through various channels, including but not limited to social media, website, blog, email marketing.
  • Develop and implement content strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Create, edit, and publish various forms of digital content, such as blog posts, newsletters, web pages, and social media posts.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand style guides, tone, and voice.
  • Design visual assets using tools like Canva or Photoshop and manage outsourced designer if needed.
  • Setup email campaigns using marketing automation tools.
  • Reporting & Analytics: track and analyze content performance metrics to measure overall channel and content performance.
  • Support CX Manager with content, copy and design assets to drive paid marketing campaigns.

Key Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a marketing manager, preferably in B2B.
  • A solid understanding of the aviation or airline retailing industry is a plus.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity for a B2B environment.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • In depth knowledge of CMS (WordPress), SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs), Marketing Automation tools (Brevo or Eloqua), Analytics tools (Google Analytics), Design tools (Canva or Photoshop).
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
