About this role

Atlas is seeking a Data Product Manager with a strong background in data commercialization and product management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging data insights to empower our customers.

Key Responsibilities

– Develop and execute product strategies that harness data to enhance our customers usage, ensuring they are customer-centric and goal-oriented.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and iterate on data-driven user interfaces that improve customer interaction and satisfaction.

– Conduct in-depth market research using data analytics to understand B2B customer behavior and preferences, focusing on customer experience principles.

– Manage the product lifecycle, utilizing data to inform decisions from conception through launch and post-launch analysis.

– Apply data analytics to measure the effectiveness of product enhancements and optimize product performance.

– Ensure that all product initiatives are informed by data insights and consider both user experience and technical feasibility.

Key Qualifications & Experiences

– Proven experience as a Data Product Manager, with a demonstrable track record of consumer-facing products.

– Strong command of the English language; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and diverse environment.

– Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making.

– A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

– Experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and big data technologies.

– Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence principles.

– Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

– Familiarity with product management methodologies, such as Agile or Lean.

– Familiarity with airline ticketing industry.
